CTA (Call to Action)

A button or link that tells a visitor exactly what to do next, like 'Call Now', 'Book Free Consult', or 'Get Quote'.

Definition

CTA, or Call to Action, is the single most important element on any page of your website. It is the button or link that converts a curious visitor into a phone call, a form submission, or a sale. Strong CTAs are specific, urgent, and benefit-focused: 'Get a Free Quote in 60 Seconds' beats 'Submit' every time. Color, size, and placement matter too: your CTA should stand out without screaming, and appear both above the fold and after key content sections. Pages without clear CTAs leak traffic. If your site has weak CTAs, that is the fastest fix for revenue. See pricing.

Why it matters in Miami

Miami small businesses often hide their phone number in the footer when calling is their top revenue channel. A bold, bilingual CTA like 'Llama Ahora / Call Now' at the top of every page can move the needle overnight.

Example

A Pinecrest roofing company replaced their generic 'Contact Us' button with 'Get Free Roof Inspection Today'; click-throughs on the CTA increased 240%.
