Clear proposal (1 page)
Day 7. We give you a 1-page proposal — no asterisks, no hidden costs. What we deliver monthly, which KPIs we track, what monthly cost. Month-to-month, no long contracts. You decide on your time.
Setup + launch (30 days)
Days 7-37. If a new site is needed, we build it. If it's SEO/Ads/GBP only, we do technical fixes first. Configure tracking (GA4, Tag Manager, call tracking). Clean citations. Set up Google Profile. Train you on basic CMS and reporting. In 30 days, we're running.
Ongoing monthly cadence
Month 2+. Each month: 2-4 new bilingual content pieces, Google Profile optimization with weekly posts, review generation via SMS, ad adjustments based on performance, ranking monitoring. Monthly 1-PDF report + 30-min call to walk through real numbers and plan next month.
