Miami Web Design Company — bilingual, owner-run, since 2015.
Not a service description — a real company. Founded in Miami in 2015, owner-operated, 100% bilingual EN+ES. Here are the answers to the questions buyers actually ask before hiring.
One company, one owner, one phone number.
123 Web Mobile was founded by Alvaro Garcia in Miami in 2015. It is still owner-operated today — same phone, same person, same standard. When you call (786) 453-5376, you talk to someone who will actually be on your project — not an SDR from a lead pool.
Founder and operator
Alvaro Garcia — builds, quotes, and stands behind every project. No invisible offshore subcontractors.
Team size
Boutique by design. A small crew of specialists brought in per project (native ES copy, illustration, technical SEO) — no big-agency overhead.
Based in Miami
Miami-Dade from day one. We know Hialeah, Doral, Brickell, the Beach, Kendall — we do not "do Miami" from Bangalore or Bogotá.
Native EN+ES bilingual
Every Spanish word is written by a Miami Hispanic — no Google Translate, no plugin. Proper hreflang and schema baked in from design.
You own everything
Domain, hosting, code, content — all in accounts in your name. If you ever decide to leave, you take the whole site with you. No hostage-taking, no drama.
No lock-in
Month-to-month. No mandatory 12-month contracts. If we do not deliver, you leave — and you take the assets with you.
The questions a serious buyer always asks.
Picking a web design company is not picking a template. It is picking the people who will be on your project for the next 12–36 months. These are the questions — and our honest answers.
1. How long have you been doing this in Miami?
Since 2015 — 11 years operating in Miami-Dade. Before that, more than a decade building for clients across South Florida. Not a company that opened last year with two landing pages in the portfolio.
2. Who owns it? Is it the same person I will be talking to?
Alvaro Garcia is the founder and still runs the company personally. The same person takes the intake call, writes the proposal, reviews the design, and answers the WhatsApp when something breaks at 9 pm. No "account executive", no handoffs.
3. How big is your team?
Boutique — a small core plus a bench of specialists brought in per project (native ES copywriter, illustrator, technical SEO, photographer when it applies). Neither the solo freelancer who vanishes for 3 days, nor the 60-person agency that puts a junior on your account.
4. Who owns the domain, hosting and code when the project ends?
Yours. Always. We register the domain in your name, hosting sits in your account, the code is handed over. If you ever decide to work with another vendor, they get a clean handoff — zero ransom, zero "agency IP".
5. Is the EN+ES bilingual real or a plugin?
Real. Each page exists in both versions with copy written directly by a Miami Hispanic — not a mis-configured WPML, not GTranslate. hreflang, canonicals and schema.org stay clean. A Miami Hispanic from Hialeah cannot tell it was "translated" because it was not.
6. Do you require a 12-month contract?
No. Month-to-month. If you are not happy in month 3, you leave. Retention has to come from the work, not from a clause.
7. How are results measured 90 days after launch?
PageSpeed ≥ 90 mobile. Core Web Vitals green. Forms landing in your inbox. Calls measured by call-tracking. Rankings in Google Search Console. If any of that is not happening at 90 days, you write the next quote.
8. Which Miami industries do you work with?
Restaurants, healthcare, home services, professionals (attorneys, accountants, consultants), auto, retail/e-commerce. If your business is in Miami-Dade and depends on bilingual local search, we have precedent. See industries.
A boutique web design company vs. the alternatives
In Miami there are basically four types of provider. These are the real differences — no paid ranking.
Vs. the solo freelancer
A good solo freelancer is cheap and fast for a simple site. But when you need technical SEO + native bilingual + integrations + support when something breaks on a Saturday, they get saturated. A company has the depth to cover all of that without a single human being the point of failure.
Vs. the big agency (50–200 people)
A big agency charges for the overhead: Brickell offices, VP of sales, account executives, project managers. You pay $8K–$15K/mo for work a Miami boutique delivers for a fraction — and often with less junior hands on the execution.
Vs. the DIY template (Wix, Squarespace)
Fine for a side project or online résumé. Not built for serious technical SEO, bilingual with correct hreflang, or green mobile Core Web Vitals. And when your business depends on the site, you do not want its engine to be owned by another company.
Vs. the enterprise consultancy
Necessary if you are a national brand with multi-million ecommerce or 10+ locations. For 95% of Miami-Dade businesses — restaurants, clinics, professional services, local retail — it is like hiring a Wall Street corporate attorney for your apartment lease.
Simple rule: for 90% of Miami-Dade small businesses that need a bilingual site that ranks and converts, an owner-operated boutique company is the sweet spot between cost, quality and accountability.
