What does a website cost in Miami?
No pre-built packages. The 8 factors that move the number, what to avoid, and how we quote. If you want a tailored proposal after reading, we reply within 24 business hours.
Short answer: depends on 8 things
Any agency that gives you a fixed number without asking the following is guessing — and will charge more later when they figure out what you actually need. Here's what really affects cost:
1. Number of unique pages
A 6-page brochure quotes differently than a 50-page site with neighborhood service pages. It's not just more HTML — it's more bilingual copy, more technical SEO, more QA.
2. Native bilingual copy vs. translation
Writing each page directly in English AND Spanish (not Google Translate) takes more copy work but wins in Miami. If you only need EN or only ES, cost drops.
3. Integrations (booking, CRM, payments)
A brochure site needs none. But if you want online booking, CRM integration, forms firing to HubSpot or Pipedrive, Stripe checkout — each integration adds.
4. Photography and video
If you already have professional photos of team, location, product — you save. If you need a pro shoot + drone + reels — it goes up. Stock photos are cheap but kill conversion.
5. Design complexity
A clean professional site vs. custom animations, scroll interactions, sophisticated transitions, heavy branding. The first converts just as well or better — but if your industry demands polish (luxury real estate, high-end hospitality), it goes up.
6. Technical SEO baked-in
Schema markup, optimized Core Web Vitals, proper hreflang, dynamic sitemap, proper robots.txt — all this takes dev time but saves months of post-launch SEO work. Worth the extra cost.
7. Hosting + maintenance included
Some agencies hand off the site and vanish. Others include good hosting + SSL + daily backups + security updates + monitoring. The second option saves you the headache but adds to recurring cost.
8. Launch speed
2-3 weeks is the normal pace. If you need it in 1 week, there's a speed premium. If your timeline is 8 weeks and you decide quickly, everything is more efficient.
What you should NOT pay for
- "Setup fees" when you're already paying monthly. If they want to charge setup, they should charge less monthly.
- "Templates premium" that cost little on ThemeForest but they want to charge a lot to customize. For that price, build it custom.
- 24-month contracts — no valid excuse for this in 2026.
- Re-charges for "content edits" — reasonable monthly changes should be included.
- Vendor lock-in on the site — if you leave, you should take everything: domain, hosting, code, content.
How we quote
Our proposal is 1 page, no asterisks. No 'Tier 1 / Tier 2 / Tier 3.' We calculate your cost based on the 8 factors above — your industry, neighborhood, scope, integrations — and give you one fixed monthly figure that covers EVERYTHING we promise.
Month-to-month. No setup fee. You own everything. If we work for you, you stay. If we don't, you leave — no penalties.
