Miami-Dade & Broward law firms

The case goes to whoever answers first.

Someone has just been rear-ended on I-95. They will call three firms. They hire the one that responds — not the one with the best website. We install the intake, missed-call follow-up and scheduling so that first responder is you.

Where cases get lost

It is rarely the marketing. It is what happens after the click.

A firm can pay for the traffic, rank well, and still lose the case in the ten minutes after the first call. These are the four places it falls over, and none of them are fixed by more advertising.

📞

The missed call

It rings while you are in a hearing. Nobody calls back until the afternoon. By then they have signed with another firm.

🌙

Friday, 8pm

Accidents do not keep office hours. A form answered on Monday is competing with a firm that answered on Friday night.

🧾

Unqualified intake

Your team spends the morning on consultations that were never going to be cases, while the one that was waits for a reply.

💬

The prospect who will not call

Plenty of people would rather text than talk, especially in Spanish and especially when they are shaken. If the only option is a phone number, they do not get in touch.

What we install

Six pieces. One job: get the case in front of an attorney.

Capture and respond
  • AI client intake — a bilingual assistant on your site that captures details, asks the qualifying questions you define, and does not give legal advice.
  • Missed-call follow-up — when a call goes unanswered, an automatic text goes out within seconds — in your firm's name and your wording.
  • Consultation scheduling — the prospect books straight into your calendar, with reminders, instead of waiting for someone to call them back.
Convert and get found
  • Automated lead nurturing — the ones who go quiet on day one get followed up automatically, in their language, until they reply or ask you to stop.
  • Website conversion optimization — on the site you already have — how it reads on a phone, how fast it loads, and how obvious the next step is.
  • Local SEO for attorneys — Google Business Profile, practice-area and city pages, and the local signals that decide the map pack in Miami-Dade and Broward.
How it works

Four steps, and you approve every word.

1 · A 15-minute demo

We look at how a new case reaches you today: who answers, what happens after hours, what they get asked. You see the system running, not a deck.

2 · We write your script

Qualifying questions, tone, what gets flagged for an attorney and what is never touched. You review and approve it before anything goes live.

3 · It goes live

It installs on top of your current site and phone number. If something will not integrate with your case management software, you hear that before you sign, not after.

4 · We tune it

We read the conversations that actually come in and fix the questions that confuse people or filter too hard. Intake gets better with use.

Why us

Local, bilingual, and straight about what we do not do.

  • In Miami since 2015 — we build for businesses here, not from another city.
  • Bilingual by default: site, forms, messages and reminders.
  • You approve every script. Nothing goes out in your firm's name that you have not read.
  • We tell you on the call if we are not a fit. That costs everyone less than finding out in month three.
To be clear

What this is not

We do not promise cases, revenue or results — and be wary of anyone who does. This is intake infrastructure: it makes sure no enquiry goes unanswered and that consultations land on your calendar. How many of those become cases depends on your firm, your market and your own criteria.

Questions

What firms ask before the call

Does this replace my receptionist or intake team?

No. It covers the moments nobody can answer — evenings, weekends, and when the phone rings while you are in court or in a deposition. When your team is available, they still run the conversation.

Does the AI give legal advice?

No, and it is explicitly configured not to. It captures contact details, asks qualifying questions you define, and books the consultation. Anything that looks like a legal question is flagged for an attorney. You approve every script before it goes live.

What about confidentiality and conflicts?

The intake form collects only what you decide it collects. We recommend keeping it to contact details and basic case facts, and leaving sensitive detail for the consultation. You set the notice a prospect sees before they type. We do not advise on your professional obligations — that is for you or your ethics counsel to review.

Does it work in Spanish?

Yes. The whole system is bilingual — the site, the forms, the follow-up messages and the reminders. In Miami-Dade that is not an add-on, it is half the market.

How long does setup take?

It depends on how defined your intake process already is. The 15-minute call exists to answer that against your actual situation rather than an average.

Do I have to replace my current website?

Not necessarily. The intake and follow-up system runs on top of the site you already have. If you also want conversion work or local SEO, that is a separate and optional conversation.

What case management software does it integrate with?

It depends which one you run. Bring it to the call and we will tell you straight whether it connects, whether it needs a manual step, or whether it cannot — before you sign anything.

What actually happens on the 15-minute demo?

We look at how a new case reaches your firm today, where it falls over, and show you the system running. No forty-slide deck. If it is not a fit, we say so on the call.

How many calls went unanswered this month?

Most firms do not know, and that number is the size of the problem. Fifteen minutes is enough to measure it.
