Paid Ads

CPM (Cost Per Mille)

The cost to show your ad 1,000 times — the main pricing model for awareness and display campaigns.

Definition

CPM (Cost Per Mille) means "cost per thousand impressions" — "mille" is Latin for thousand. Instead of paying per click like CPC, you pay every time your ad is shown 1,000 times, whether or not someone clicks. CPM is the standard for brand awareness campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Google Display — billboards on the internet. It's cheap (often $3-$15 per 1,000 views), but it doesn't directly bring leads or sales the way CPC search ads do. Use CPM to build name recognition; use CPC to capture demand. We blend both on /pricing.php.

Why it matters in Miami

CPM campaigns work well for Miami lifestyle brands — restaurants, boutiques, real estate — that need to stay top-of-mind in specific neighborhoods like Wynwood, Brickell, or Aventura before customers are ready to buy. Hyper-targeted geo + Spanish creative keeps CPMs low.

Example

A Wynwood art gallery runs Instagram CPM ads to women 25-45 within 5 miles, paying $6 per 1,000 views to flood the neighborhood with brand impressions before its Art Basel opening.
