Drip campaign

A pre-written series of emails or texts sent automatically over days or weeks to nurture a lead.

Definition

A drip campaign is a sequence of automated messages, usually email, sometimes SMS, sent on a schedule after someone signs up or takes an action. The point is to stay in front of a prospect who isn't ready to buy today but might be in three weeks. Each message warms them up: day 1 welcome, day 3 a case study, day 7 a frequently asked question, day 14 a soft offer. Done right, a drip campaign turns cold leads into customers while you sleep. Done wrong, it feels like spam. The secret is writing like a human, not a brand. See our pricing for done-for-you drip sequences.

Why it matters in Miami

For Miami service businesses with long decision cycles, like roofers, dentists, and realtors in Coral Gables or Aventura, a bilingual drip campaign keeps you top-of-mind without the owner having to remember to follow up personally.

Example

A Brickell dental implant clinic sends a 5-email drip over 21 days: welcome video, before/after photos, financing options, patient testimonial, and a limited-time consultation offer in both languages.
