GA4 (Google Analytics 4)
Google's free analytics platform that tracks who visits your website, what they do, and which channels drive results.
Definition
GA4 (Google Analytics 4) is Google's free analytics tool and the current replacement for the older Universal Analytics. It tells you how many people visit your site, where they came from (Google, Instagram, an email blast), what pages they read, how long they stay, and most importantly which actions they take (form submits, calls, purchases). It is event-based, meaning everything is treated as a clickable event you can measure. Without GA4 properly set up, you are flying blind, guessing what works. Setting it up wrong is almost as bad. We do it as part of every site build on our pricing page.
Why it matters in Miami
Miami small businesses often have GA4 installed but no conversion tracking, so they cannot tell if Brickell traffic or Doral traffic is producing leads. Proper GA4 setup with neighborhood-level segments is what separates marketing decisions from gut feelings.
Example
A Pinecrest pediatrician used GA4 to discover that 70% of new-patient form submits came from organic Google searches, not from her expensive Meta campaign.
