Conversion funnel

The step-by-step path a visitor takes from first landing on your site to becoming a paying customer.

Definition

A conversion funnel is the journey people take on your site: they land on a page, browse services, click a product, fill the form, then buy or call. It is called a funnel because lots of people enter at the top, but only a fraction make it to the bottom. Mapping this funnel shows you exactly where people drop off, the leaky steps that cost you money.

Maybe 1,000 people see your homepage, 200 visit pricing, 50 start the form, but only 8 submit. That gap between 50 and 8 is where we focus. Fix the leak, multiply your sales. See plans that include funnel audits.

Why it matters in Miami

Miami service businesses often lose Hispanic visitors at the form step because the form is English-only or asks for too much info. A funnel analysis catches this in one afternoon.

Example

A Wynwood med spa sees 600 monthly visitors, but only 4 book a consultation. Funnel analysis reveals the booking calendar fails on iPhone Safari.
